New @ Pupculture: Management, Daycare Packages, Pricing, Hours & More

Hi Pupculture Family,

I hope this message finds you well! Pupculture has always been committed to providing the best care for your beloved pups for over 20+ years, and I'm excited to share some fantastic updates with you. With the support of my new partners, we’re making some amazing improvements based on your valuable feedback. Here are 7 exciting changes!‍

1. Package Options for Members: Starting Monday, we are rolling out new daycare packages to provide more affordable and flexible options for you. Choose from 7, 12, and 24-day packages for both half and full days, designed to fit your schedule and your pup's needs. Please note that we are making a few additional price changes on 7/25.‍

2. Uniform Pricing Regardless of Pup Size: We will not be putting a premium on larger dogs. All dogs, regardless of size, will be charged the same rate for daycare, boarding, and walking services. We want to be fair to all fur babies!‍

3. Text Message Pup-Dates: Starting this month, we will proactively send photo & video updates of your pup’s activities, accomplishments, and newfound friendships, so you never miss a moment of their day. This way you will be able to stay connected with your pup even while you're at work!‍

4. New Weekend Hours: Our weekend hours have been adjusted to 9 AM - 6 PM. These are typically the hours nearly all of you bring your pups but if you need an early drop-off or late check-out, just let us know the day before.‍

5. Better Tech & Improved Staff Pay: We believe that happy staff means even better care for our pups. We are making significant investmentstech and team to ensure your pups are well cared for and always see the same familiar, loving faces with a smoother customer experience!‍

6. Improved Overnight Boarding (coming soon): We will be enhancing our overnight boarding experience by creating a homier environment for your pup. Our new accommodations will resemble the cozy feel of an actual bedroom, complete with dog beds, crates or private suites, depending on your pup’s sleeping habits, to ensure a quality stay.‍

7. Extended Grooming Hours (coming soon): We will offer grooming appointments earlier in the morning and later in the evening for your convenience. Stay tuned for details!

As I step into a strategic advisory role focused on expanding pupculture, Diana and Stephanie, who have been with me from the start, will continue to lead operations.
